3D Generalist

Nocturnal Knights is seeking a 3D Generalist proficient in the following areas:

  • Create high and low poly models using 3DS Max or Maya
  • Texturing in Substance Designer/Painter or Photoshop
  • An ability to work with animators to troubleshoot issues
  • Familiarity with organic modeling, prop modeling or scenery modeling
  • Recognize proper mesh topology for animation when modeling characters

Skills in the following areas are also highly valued:

  • A strong understanding of anatomy
  • A familiarity with Unity or Unreal
  • A familiarity with 3Ds Max or Blender
  • Good Communication skills

In order to receive course credit, selected candidates must be enrolled in Studio Lab and expected to commit a minimum of 100 hours to the projects they’re assigned to at Nocturnal Knights.
